Megan Phillips
Director of Positive Behaviour Support
Megan Phillips is a very experienced registered Psychologist having worked for a broad range of organisations including the Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victorian Department of Health, Amicus Community Services, and in private practice.
Over the last 15 years Megan Phillips has worked with people who have a disability with complex behaviours of concern. As a result, Megan has developed extensive skills in high quality clinical assessment, treatment, management plans and interventions.
More specifically Megan is skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Group Therapy, Case Management, Psychological Assessment, NDIS Restrictive Practice and Positive Behaviour Support legislation, including the Authority Program Officer (APO) /Authority Reporting Officer (ARO) role.
As our Regional Positive Behaviour Support Manager Megan Phillips will play a pivotal role in supporting Hearth’s commitment to provide high quality support to its regional Positive Behaviour Support clients enabling them to live their best life.
