Kristal Seaborne has a wealth of experience in the community, not-for-profit, and social enterprise sectors, having worked for Anglicare Victoria, Women’s Property Initiatives and Soap Aid

Over the last 20 years, Kristal has worked extensively with people from marginalised and vulnerable groups, presenting with complex needs and histories of trauma, as well as supporting the people who support them.

In addition, Kristal has worked across a range of programs and roles which has included direct service delivery, project management, and communications in youth services, women’s housing, and health organisations.

In her role Kristal has oversight, and operational management of the Inner East Relationship Manager team, alongside the management of the Practice Lead. Kristal also is responsible for the embedment of consistent practice across Hearth Housing and Complex based support services. The purpose of the role is to ensure Hearth maintains its high level of client service.
