{"id":5705,"date":"2022-06-29T16:57:49","date_gmt":"2022-06-29T06:57:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.hearthaustralia.com.au\/?p=5705"},"modified":"2022-06-29T16:57:50","modified_gmt":"2022-06-29T06:57:50","slug":"hearth-participates-in-the-bendigo-jobs-fair","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.hearthaustralia.com.au\/hearth-participates-in-the-bendigo-jobs-fair\/","title":{"rendered":"Hearth participates in the Bendigo Jobs Fair!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hearth-support-services-participates-in-the-bendigo-jobs-fair\"><strong><em>Hearth Support Services participates in the Bendigo Jobs Fair!<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Thank you to all who visited the Hearth stand, at the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dese.gov.au\/jobs-fair\/events\/bendigo-jobs-fair\">Bendigo Jobs Fair<\/a><\/strong> it was great to meet you!<\/em> <em>It was also exciting to join other leading organisations at the Bendigo Jobs Fair today at the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.allseasonsbendigo.com.au\/\"><em>All-Seasons Resort Hotel.<\/em><\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Hearth Support Services opened its\u00a0Victorian Regional office in Bendigo in November 2021.<\/em> <em>Hearth is rapidly expanding its client base in the Greater Bendigo Region as the holistic \u201c<strong>Hearth Approach<\/strong>\u201d to disability services resonates with its Clients who are looking for a long-term hassle-free partnership with their disability support services provider.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-is-the-hearth-approach\"><strong><em>What is the \u201cHearth Approach\u201d?<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Hearth Support Services has several key elements to its\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/staging.hearthaustralia.com.au\/the-hearth-approach\/\">innovative approach<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0to disability support services. This includes the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/staging.hearthaustralia.com.au\/single-client-point-of-contact\/\">Relationship Manager<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0role, the passion for Support Worker matching of Participants needs and interests and the quality of the central support team including expert compliance.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"The Hearth Approach - Disability Support Work - Victoria, Australia\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ea6bWUI3jiQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/staging.hearthaustralia.com.au\/services\/support-worker-services\/\"><strong>Hearth Support Services<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;has gone through enormous change over the last 5 years since its inception in 2017!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Today Hearth Disability Support Services is an innovative and rapidly growing NDIS registered and audited provider with hundreds of Clients and hundreds of Disability Support Workers operating 24\/7, 365 days a year throughout metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>At Hearth we have continued to evolve and learn rapidly to build capability, systems, and processes to be able to sustainably support a wide range of Client\/Participant needs, leading to positive outcomes for our participants including some of the most complex Participants in Victoria.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>To this end, during 2021 we expanded our Melbourne support services to create a true client centred interdisciplinary approach to support.
