Hearth COVID-19 – 19 “CIRCUIT BREAKER ACTION” Action Plan 12/2/21

In response to the Victorian Premiers announcement today we have updated our Action Plan as follows. (please click here to view the Premiers full statement )

Re Business Continuity

We are continuing to deliver the essential service of disability support and are taking every step to maintain the safety of our participants and support workers.

Please do not hesitate to contact us on 1800 894 013 should you require assistance

Re Community Access

The most significant change has been the introduction of lockdown restrictions (please click here for the table of restrictions)

However, the NDIS has suggested that providers allow people with disability to have permissible community access for essential supports (such as exercising or attending medical appointments).

Re Support Worker use of PPE

There have been no changes to the use of PPE by Support Workers therefore as previously advised at a minimum they must always wear a surgical disposable face mask whilst on shift.

If you require additional face masks, please advise the Hearth team by emailing info@hearthaustralia.com.au or calling 1800 894 013 and we will do our best to assist.

Re Shift Cancellations

Please note any shift cancellations during lockdown will fall under NDIS cancellation guidelines
