{"id":1713,"date":"2020-07-20T16:22:00","date_gmt":"2020-07-20T06:22:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.hearthaustralia.com.au\/?p=1713"},"modified":"2020-07-20T16:22:00","modified_gmt":"2020-07-20T06:22:00","slug":"hearth-support-services-mask-action-plan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.hearthaustralia.com.au\/hearth-support-services-mask-action-plan\/","title":{"rendered":"Hearth Support Services &#8211; Mask Action Plan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Hearth Support Services &#8211; Mask Action Plan <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In response to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.premier.vic.gov.au\/face-coverings-mandatory-for-melbourne-and-mitchell-shire\/\">Victorian Premiers announcement<\/a> on July 19th &nbsp;\u201c<strong>Face Coverings Mandatory<\/strong> For Melbourne And Mitchell Shire\u201d, \u201cthis new rule won\u2019t be enforced until after 11.59pm on Wednesday 22 July \u2013 but for those who can, please start wearing yours immediately\u201d, we have put in place the following Action Plan as follows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stage 1 &#8211; Immediate Action &#8211; Ensure all have masks from Thursday onwards<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have just sent out the our last remaining supply of the 1,800\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.medcon.com.au\/\">Med Con<\/a> surgical masks that we purchased\nin late March 2020 to our Participant community. Unfortunately, Med Cons entire\nproduction of surgical masks for the next 6 months has been purchased by the\nAustralian Government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fortunately, we have been able to purchase an additional 2,000 surgical masks from an alternative supplier and they will be delivered to us today. We will courier a 10 pack of these surgical masks to every member of our entire Support Worker team starting today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stage 2 \u2013 Follow up Action &#8211; Ongoing Mask approach<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are exploring all options to secure appropriate PPE for\nour team of Support Workers to get our Support Workers and Participants safely through\nthe current phase of COVID-19 Lockdown 2.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As always, we are here to help if you need any kind of\nassistance please do not hesitate to contact me or any member of the Hearth\nTeam and we will do our best to assist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Warm Regards<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Justin Scanlon<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hearth Support Services &#8211;
