Hearth\nEmergency Response Plan<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Should any staff, participant or family member present\nwith a temperature or symptoms that cause concern (in accordance with Victorian\nHealth and Human Services Department Guidelines) such as fever, cough, sore throat\nor breathing difficulties an emergency response plan will be activated which\nincludes the following steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Immediate quarantine of the premises.<\/li>
  2. Immediate notification\/communication with relevant\nparties including Hearth Management.<\/li>
  3. Immediate visit to a GP, local COVID-19 testing\ncentre or hospital. Please telephone prior to presenting at the medical service\nto let them know you are coming. <\/li>
  4. If severe symptoms are experienced, please call 000\nand advise them that you possibly have COVID-19. <\/li>
  5. Associated families and staff will be advised and\nasked to be tested if required.<\/li>
  6. Participants and staff will self-isolate or stay at\nhome as instructed by the Department of Health until test results have been\nreceived or after the self-isolation period. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
